What you will do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for learning and training-related requests, resolving routine inquiries and escalating more complex issues when needed.

• Process learning management system (Cornerstone) transactions accurately and in compliance with GxP requirements, training procedures, and documentation standards.

• Manage learning plans, curricula, assignments, observers, and learning objects within the learning management system.

• Generate, analyze, and distribute standard reports to support training compliance and business needs.

• Support employees completing web-based training by providing guidance on navigation, access, and training logistics.

• Work closely with stakeholders across HR, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, EHS, and other business functions to support training requests.

• Identify process improvement opportunities, utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges, and contribute to operational efficiency.

What we are looking for:

• Associate's, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in Education, Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in customer service, training administration, learning operations, or another role involving employee or customer support.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage high volumes of data.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with business-fluent English.

• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, prioritize work effectively, and escalate issues appropriately.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build productive relationships across multiple functions and organizational levels.
